The police knew he was hurt when they hog-tied him and placed him face down on the floor of the paddy-wagon. They abruptly stopped-n-go purposely to harm him more. They do this all the time to people they don't like. Some don't survive. The police are aware of the consequences for getting caught. I hope the go to jail for MURDER.  Show less
