Beyonce and Jay Z hold hands and perform to the crowd in Philly from the front row during Fourth of July Weekend as the singer wore an American flag inspired flowing gown. Jay Z was a gentleman and helped beyonce up the staircase by holding her hand the entire way up as they then prepared to sing their hits together before closing out the show at the Citizens Bank Arena in Philadelphia, PA.
