Has Aamir Khan Apologized To Narendra Modi After Meeting Him

The Dhoom 3 actor recently met PM Narendra Modi and discussed with him about Satyamev Jayate's Vote for Change campaign. But what happens if you conduct a general meeting, and it turns out to be controversy?
Well, that's what happened with Aamir Khan! The meeting has now created a new controversy with Vishwa Hindu Parishad seeking a clarification from the actor, if he had apologized for his March 2005 statement on Gujarat riots! Are they trying to heat up the matter!
In a letter to Aamir Khan, VHP's working president Ashok Chowgule said that Aamir was signatory to a statement in 2005 which had held Modi directly responsible for "the act of genocide" in Gujarat. Are you surprised that you decided to meet a person whom you have called such vile terms?
What we are wondering is whether Aamir has apologized to Mr. Modi for signing the statement or not.
