Bombay High Court admitted Bollywood actor Salman Khan’s appeal against the verdict of the Mumbai sessions court, granting him regular bail.
We all were waiting High Court’s decision, hai na? Guess what? The high court has suspended the verdict of lower court, pending fresh appeal by the actor against the verdict in 2002 hit and run case.
Justice Abhay Thipsay was hearing the plea of 49-year-old actor, who was given two days interim bail by the high court on Wednesday after he was sentenced to five years of rigorous imprisonment by a Mumbai sessions court in the case.
Also, the actor can travel abroad, but only after the High Court clears it. His passport is with the court. Where the entire country was in shock and saddened by the news where their favorite Khan was sentenced for five years jail, the actor is put into big relief now.
