An FSBO seller ignores agents and brokers, do all works by own, give lot of time on real estate listing sites to find the potential buyers. But even after he receives lower price offers for his home then the price he has decided. Every seller takes a chance to sell home without including property brokers just to save money and if he does not get what he wants to get then it can be really discouraging.  Show less
