If sources are to be believed, then actor Ranbir Kapoor was initially approached to be part of a commercial featuring Deepika Padukone. It seems that the actor turned down the project, which was a soap commercial, because it starred his ex-flame Deepika. However, that's when the company looked elsewhere and got Imran Khan on board.
