Veteran actor Sudhir recently passed away after succumbing to a long illness in Mumbai.
Sources suggest that his real name was Sudhir Bhagwandas Mulchand Luthria and is related to film-maker Milan Luthria. He is also rumoured to be Ashok Banker's step-father.
Reportedly the actor had become a recluse in his last days, as he was battling a serious ailment. He was known to keep to himself in his bunglow at Andheri. Sudhir was unmarried at the time of his death.
Meanwhile, he is best known for playing Shah Rukh Khan's aide in Baadshah. He was also seen in hit movies such as Hare Rama Hare Krishna, Satte Pe Satta, and so on. Sudhir also played quite a number of roles as the villian's sidekick in many movies.
