KUMBHA-2013 - THE GREATEST SHOW ON EARTH - The Kumbh Mela, believed to be the largest religious gathering on earth is held every 12 years on the banks of the 'Sangam '- the confluence of the holy rivers Ganga, Yamuna and the mythical Saraswati. Mauni Amavasya traditionally attracted the largest crowds at the mela, held here every 12 years. 10 Feb 2013 was the biggest bathing day at the ongoing Maha Kumbh Mela and it was the largest human gathering on a single day.
