Farooq Sheikh or Farooque Sheikh is one of India's greatest actors, philanthropist and a popular television presenter.He died on 27 December 2013 following a cardiac arrest and his last rites were performed in Mumbai yesterday evening. Farooq Sheikh is best known for his parallele cinema movies like Shatranj Ke Khilari,Noorie,Umrao Jaan,Chashme Buddoor,Saath Saath,Kissi Se Na Kehna,Katha,Biwi Ho To Aisi. Farooq Sheikh was last seen as Ranbir Kapoor's father in Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani and Club 60.Farooqji also presented the TV Show Jeena Isi Ka Naam Hai.
