Since after the Delhi Auto Expo, today is a great day for Honda, as it launched the new Activa in Indian market. Named as Activa 125, it is made available in two variants: standard and deluxe. The power to Honda's newest scooter comes from a 125cc engine worth of 8.6 bhp, a mere enhancement of 0.6 bhp than previous version; torque is notched to 10.12 NM.
On the cosmetic front, headlamp is kept isolated with black fairing, signal indicators now gets flanked on the front apron. Suspension introduced is telescopic with dual fork; whereas tubeless tyres and CBS tech goes standard. Tail lamp resembles the Honda family with bigger cluster. Grab rails are quite different and unique; the foot pegs are also made out of metal with locking clicks on the movements. The digital streak added to speedo is quite innovative in orange back drop of light. Material used for the seat has a nice feel to it. Under the seats, storage space is quite generous.
