Lip surgery gone wrong for Anushka, AGAIN

Anushka Sharma's start of 2014 saw a major controversy for the actress due to her badly enhanced lips on the talk show Koffee With Karan. After lots of speculation the PK actress had admitted to using lip enhancement techniques but insisted that there was no surgery done. But seems like she is again caught in the same gauntlet.
