Rape Accused Singer Ankit Tiwari Performs At Police Event

Now we all know singer Ankit Tiwari was arrested on rape charges, right? But what was he doing at Police’s Annual Event?
Well, the event, Umang has run into controversy, after Ankit was seen performing at the show. The event was attended by Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and other senior IPS officers, including Rakesh Maria, the police commissioner.
The Aashiqui 2 singer sang few songs at the event at Andheri Sports Complex. But if sources are to be believed, he was not suppose to attend the event. Well, a fair investigation will be conducted into the rape charges against him and they will also check who invited Ankit.
