Vet Playas
Warning: There are no reliable after hours emergency Veterinary clinics in Tijuana, so if your pet is ill, and Vet Playas cannot help your pet, you will have no way to get your pet back into the U.S., since you cannot legally cross a sick animal back into the U.S. from Mexico -- per US law.

During an emergency, when a companion animal was dying, at least 5 witnesses, witnessed Dr. Fimbres stating several times to a customer that he does not speak English.

An American, named Ronald Richards, the owner of Vet Playas, has admitted in writing to a customer who's dog inhumanely suffered and died after being treated at Vet Playas, that he is flagging all negative Yelp reviews about Vet Playas.

Richards admits in writing that Vets are afraid to go to Vet Playas at night for fear of being robbed, yet his website (which is filled with numerous false statements) states "it's safe."
