Much as sensation-mongers would like it otherwise, there’s no animosity between Shah Rukh Khan and Jaya Bachchan over the latter’s comment at literary festival that ‘Happy New Year’ was nonsensical.
And while this nonsensical news was doing rounds on the internet, Amitabh Bachchan sent a text message to King Khan apologizing on Jaya’s behalf and explaining that she didn’t mean to insult him.
Big B felt that it was needed as Abhishek Bachchan who received maximum applause for the movie, has been a part of it. If sources are to be believed, Jaya loves King Khan like her son, and the King of Romance loves her forthrightness. So why this dig?
