In OMR Software(Smart Reader), you can also check the status of your Entered Question Details.

After omr sheet reading, inside reading panel you can see a Question Status button in upper-left corner.

Click on that button, a new window will pop up.



Choose template name and other two dimensions and finally click on Show button.

This would show you a list of your entered question details with in the same window.
