Over the last few years, Peninsula has been instrumental in steadily transforming the industrial belt of Parel into a modern district. The Concept
Mumbai's Parel area, while centrally located, lacked premium, good quality apartments. With the emergence of the Indian nuclear family, residents of upmarket South Mumbai were looking for top end accommodation in the vicinity. Peninsula recognized this need and we soon planned and developed premium, fully furnished apartments offered by none else in the market. We developed this superlative complex at the existing mill location, thus launching our first mega premium residential project in Parel - Ashok Towers.
